If you run an AC company or an auto shop, you know about the pile full of old parts, boxes, scrap and everything else that won't fit in the dumpster. Having your trash picked up weekly fixes that. We work with shops all over Broward and Palm Beach Counties. We set a schedule, show up and haul off all that extra trash.
The dumpster isn't enough
Most shops already have a dumpster, but here are some of the problems they still run into.
- Overflow. It fills up mid-week, and the extra ends up on the ground next to it.
- Bulky items. Dumpster companies often won't take big or odd-shaped stuff, like old shelving, tires or a broken work bench.
- Heavy stuff. Metal and old equipment fill the weight limit way before they fill the space.
- Looks. A messy lot doesn't help when customers pull in.
A recurring pickup handles the stuff that doesn't fit the dumpster plan.
Who uses recurring pickups
AC contractors
Change-outs leave you with old condensers, air handlers, ductwork and packaging. We can take AC units, but only after a certified tech has already recovered the refrigerant. That's a rule we stick to. Your team already does that part, so the rest is just hauling.
Auto and mechanic shops
Old parts, metal scrap, boxes, broken shelving and worn out tools pile up. Metal gets recycled when possible. Tires have their own fees, so they're priced in. We can't take oil, solvents, chemicals or anything like that, so keep those in your normal disposal setup.
How scheduling works
You choose the pickup schedule: weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Recurring pickups usually get a discounted rate compared to one-off jobs. If you have a big week, like a large change-out, just text us and we'll adjust.
The price per visit is based on your usual volume. We look at how much of our trailer your shop normally fills, then set a per-visit price around that. Our trailer is 6 x 12 feet with 4-foot sides, about 10.7 cubic yards. If one week is way bigger than normal, we'll let you know before we load it.
The paperwork side
- Invoicing per pickup. Every visit gets its own invoice, so it's easy to track and match to jobs.
- Certificate of insurance. We're licensed and insured, and we can send a COI to you, a landlord or a property manager.
- Payment. Cash, card or digital.
Not ready for a schedule?
No problem. We also do one-time commercial junk removal if you just need a big cleanout. Doing a remodel instead? Our construction debris removal page covers that. If you're weighing a pickup against renting a roll-off, our post on junk removal vs dumpster rental compares the two.
Learn more on our scheduled commercial pickup page. We're based in Coconut Creek and serve Broward County and south Palm Beach County.
