The short answer
Gym Junksters hauls junk in Deerfield Beach, from Century Village East condo clearouts to Cove waterfront homes, usually the same or the next day. A full unit is several truckloads past the city’s seven-cubic-yard weekly cap, and CVE renovation debris has to leave Village property entirely. Free on-site quote: (954) 774-0277.

Why we are in Deerfield Beach most weeks
Deerfield is about twelve minutes north of the yard, and a large share of the work sits inside Century Village East: roughly 8,500 condo units behind their own gates. Bulk goes out Tuesday afternoon or evening for a Wednesday pickup, and anything set out on Wednesday can be skipped and the building fined.
The houses here, and what they do to a job
Century Village East is the defining housing block: 1970s and 80s two- and three-story condo buildings where an estate clearout means forty years of contents, and renovation material CVE requires to leave Village property. The Cove is canal-front single-family with narrow lots and single-car driveways, so the truck parks once and everything after that is a hand-carry.
What Deerfield Beach bulk pickup will and will not take
The rules, as Deerfield Beach publishes them
The City of Deerfield Beach Division of Solid Waste collects bulk weekly with a limit of 7 cubic yards, described by the city as roughly 4 ft by 8 ft by 6 ft, and piles over that are subject to additional fees. It takes yard and vegetative waste, large packaging, furniture, mattresses and white goods with doors or locks removed. It refuses household garbage and recyclables, construction debris and wood products, and any debris a private landscaper generated. Thick branches and heavy palm fronds must be cut to four-foot sections and tied. Nothing goes out more than 24 hours before your collection day, and a tagged pile that is not corrected within 24 hours is collected anyway and invoiced to the property. Residents may also self-haul up to 2 cubic yards per visit, once a week, to the Recycling Drop-Off Center at 401 SW 4th Street with proof of residency, unloading it themselves.

Where the free pickup runs out
Seven cubic yards is generous until you read what is excluded: construction debris and wood products, anything a landscaper cut, and every renovation load out of a condo. That is exactly what a Century Village unit or a Cove remodel produces.

Deerfield Beach junk removal questions
When can bulk go out in Century Village East?
Tuesday afternoon or evening for the Wednesday pickup. Put it out on Wednesday and it may be skipped and the building fined, and glass and mirrors have to go into a sealed box or a heavy bag first. Renovation material has to leave Village property altogether.
Do you do estate cleanouts inside Century Village?
Yes, booked around the building: the approved access window, the elevator or stairwell the building tells us to use, and the whole load leaving on the truck instead of going to a curb. See estate and whole-home cleanouts.
