Privacy policy

This policy covers gymjunksters.com and Gym Junksters LLC, the junk removal company behind it, based in Coconut Creek, Florida. Two kinds of thing get collected here, and only one of them comes from you.

Ordinary server records

Every website on the internet gets these and this one is no exception. Our host, Cloudflare, records the internet address a request came from, the browser that made it, which page was asked for and when. That is what puts the page on your screen, and it is what lets a flood of bot traffic get blocked before it reaches anybody. Those records carry no name, we do not build a profile out of them, and we do not sell them.

Whatever you type into the quote form

Your name, a phone number, the city or ZIP the pickup is in, and a sentence about what needs to go. An email address is optional and plenty of people leave it blank. The address of the page you were reading rides along with it, so Johnny knows whether you were looking at hot tubs or a garage cleanout before he calls you back.

There is also one hidden field in that form with a label telling you to leave it empty. It is there to catch bots. A person filling the form in never sees it, and anything that arrives with it filled in is thrown away instead of read.

What it deliberately does not collect

There is no cookie banner on this site because there are no cookies to consent to. No analytics script. No advertising pixel. No remarketing tag. No social media widget watching from the corner of the page. The service area map is drawn by us rather than loaded from a mapping company, and the fonts are served from this domain instead of a font network, so no other company finds out you were here.

Before and after photos are how a hauler proves it can actually do the work, so we take them. This is the rule they follow.

We photograph the junk and the space it came out of. What never gets published is anything that says where you live: no street signs, no mailboxes, no readable street address, no faces, no license plates. If a photo cannot be framed or cropped to clear that bar, it does not go on the site.

You can also just say no. Tell Johnny on site and nothing gets photographed. Tell him a month later that you would rather a picture came down and it comes down. No reason needed, and it costs you nothing.
