Construction debris removal
Most South Florida cities cap construction debris on bulk day at a cubic yard or two. One bathroom tear-out is usually more than that. We haul the whole job, inside or in the side yard, without a dumpster sitting in your driveway for a week.

What we'll take
- Drywall and plaster
- Tile and flooring
- Old cabinets and countertops
- Toilets, tubs and vanities
- Lumber and trim
- Doors and windows
- Fences and decks
- Sheds (taken down and hauled)
- Carpet and padding
- Roofing (by weight)
What we can't take
- Wet paint and chemicals
Factors that determine price
Weight
Tile, concrete and roofing are heavy, so weight affects the price.
Where it is
A pile on the driveway or in the garage may cost less than a pile in the back yard or in a gutted room with tight access.
Demo work
We can take down sheds, fences, decks and play sets before we haul them. Demolition is priced separately.
Construction debris removal questions people ask
Why won't the city pick up my renovation debris?
Because most cities limit construction debris on bulk day, often to 2 cubic yards or less, and tag piles that go over. One bathroom tear-out is usually more than that.
Is construction debris removal cheaper than a dumpster?
Often it is, for jobs that fit in a trailer load or two. There's no rental period, no street permit and no dumpster cracking your driveway. And we do the loading.
Do you work with contractors?
Yes. We do regular pickups for contractors and handymen, which usually gets you a discounted rate.
Can you tear down a shed or deck first?
Yes. We do light demolition of sheds, decks, play sets and fences, priced separately from the debris haul. See our light demolition page ›
