The short answer
Gym Junksters hauls junk in Parkland, from guard-gated Heron Bay to the acre lots in Pine Tree Estates, same day or next day. City bulk runs once a month, so a missed date leaves the pile in the swale for four weeks in a community that will not tolerate it. Quoted free on site: (954) 774-0277.

Why we are in Parkland most weeks
Parkland is fifteen minutes from the yard up University or the Sawgrass, and access is the whole job. Every community west of University is guard-gated, so the truck needs a pass and the guard station needs our insurance on file. East of University, Pine Tree Estates driveways are long and private and the junk is out at a barn.
The houses here, and what they do to a job
University Drive splits the city. Heron Bay is 3,025 plus residences across 34 neighbourhoods on a 1,500-acre development opened in 1996, and MiraLago and Cascata are two-story estates where home gyms come down one staircase. East of University, Pine Tree Estates and Cypress Head are one- to two-acre equestrian lots with barns full of fencing and yard tools.
What Parkland bulk pickup will and will not take
The rules, as Parkland publishes them
The City of Parkland contracts with Waste Management, and bulk trash is collected once per month, twelve times a year, on a date that varies by area of the city, with up to 15 cubic yards allowed per pickup date. That is the most generous cap in the service area. It takes white goods, furniture, large branches, and trunks, logs, lumber and metal poles cut into four-foot sections. It refuses land-clearing and demolition debris, automobiles and components, boats, internal combustion engines, glass and mirrors, and tree stumps or mature trees unless they are reduced to manageable size. Bulk may go curbside no more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup, or 72 hours if the window includes a weekend.

Where the free pickup runs out
Fifteen cubic yards is the best allowance around and it is useless on day two of the cycle. Miss your monthly date and the pile sits in front of the house for four weeks, which most Parkland HOAs will not tolerate. Stumps, mirrors and demolition material never qualify at all.

Parkland junk removal questions
I missed Parkland’s bulk day. How long until the next one?
Up to four weeks. Bulk runs twelve times a year on a date that varies by area of the city, so a pile that misses its window sits in the swale for the rest of the month, and in a guard-gated community that usually means an HOA letter first. Same-day junk removal is the alternative.
Can your truck get through the gate at Heron Bay?
Yes, with notice. The guard station needs the vendor cleared in advance and our insurance on file, and many associations here limit commercial vehicles to weekday daytime hours and prohibit staging at the curb, so we plan a door-to-truck run. Tell us the gate when you book.
