If you do kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring jobs or even handyman work, you know every job ends the same way: a pile of drywall, tile and old cabinets that has to go somewhere. Renting a dumpster for every job eats into your margin, and some jobs don't even allow one. That's where we come in.
Who calls us for debris hauling
- Kitchen and bathroom remodelers
- Flooring and tile installers
- Handymen and small general contractors
- Painters and drywall crews
- Fence, deck and shed installers
Your crew makes the mess, ours cleans it up.
Jobs where a dumpster doesn't work
A lot of jobs in Broward and Palm Beach County just don't have room for a roll-off. Condo buildings, gated communities with HOA rules, townhomes with a one-car driveway, streets that need a permit. Instead, you stage the debris in the garage, the side yard or a back room, and we load it and haul it off. Your client's driveway stays clear.
Condo and HOA jobs
Condo boards and HOAs usually want paperwork before anyone hauls anything. We're licensed and insured, and we can send a certificate of insurance to the building or the HOA ahead of time. If the building needs the service elevator booked, just tell us the time slot.
One job or a regular pickup
Some contractors call us once at the end of a job. Others have us come on a set schedule, weekly, every two weeks or monthly, so debris never builds up at the shop or the jobsite. Regular pickups usually get a discounted rate. Every pickup gets its own invoice, so it's easy to bill back to the right job.
What we haul
Drywall, tile, flooring, carpet and pad, cabinets, countertops, vanities, toilets, tubs, doors, windows, lumber and trim. We take old fences, decks and sheds too, and we can tear them down first if you need it. That's our light demolition service, priced separately.
No wet paint or chemicals, so keep those out of the pile.
How we price it
We price by how much of our 6 x 12 ft dump trailer the debris fills, from $105 to $125 for a minimum load up to $600 to $650 for a full one. You can see all of our price points in our pricing guide. Tile, concrete and roofing are heavy, so weight can change the price. You get the number in writing before we load anything, and we sweep up when we're done.
